I worked with Renee since I bought my house in 2012. A year later I ended up needing to move for my job and Renee was there to help me sell it. It was a tough market so I decided to rent it out. Renee was more than accommodating and assisted me in connecting with someone to be my property manager. This is just one of the many times she went above and beyond in her job for me. She was constantly professional and always gave me the straight answer. She truly had my best interests in mind at all times. I kept up with her while I rented my house for 2 years and asked her to help me find the best time to sell it. This year (2015) I was at a point I really needed to sell it and be free from the house so that I could move on from it. Renee came through for me! Even though I had crazy tenants that wouldn't let her show the house, Renee was patient with me and with them and we still sold the house in a month on the market! Honestly the best realtor I have ever worked with. She took my stress away and made it easy. I would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Team Triple Advantage. I'm going to try, of course, but its difficult to really put into perspective just how much I appreciate the amazing job they did for me. First of all, I am a real estate broker and I am well aware of what challenges were laid out for them as they took to the task of selling my house when I moved away. There was a lot work to be done on the house and the property to say the least. I felt as though I would never get what I wanted for the house because I was in the middle of fixing it up when a job opportunity popped up out of nowhere that I couldn't turn down. This May I reached the point where I had put it on the market. Hiring Team Triple Advantage to broker the sale of my house was, hands down, the best decision I could've made. On the 6th on May I asked them to put the house on the market. By the first week of June they had the home under contract with a closing date set for the 26th of June. They worked quickly and efficiently and the house closed on the 19th on June. The total time it took these professionals, from the word "go" to closed, was a whopping month and a half. If any of you have sold a house in the last few years you should know that a month and a half from going on the market to closed and done is no time at all. Impressive is an understatement. Not only did they get my house sold in a month and a half, but they also managed to get me everything I wanted and needed included in the deal. In fact, they surpassed my profit goal by $4100.00 which is amazing. Being a real estate broker I would never have thought this could go so smooth and fast. I know that results like that won't always be possible, but because of this experience I know that no matter what ups or downs there may be during a transaction, Team Triple Advantage is getting their clients the absolute best deal the current market can provide. I don't know if I will ever be able to thank Team Triple Advantage enough. But I do know that I will be asking for their help should I need it again.
